From the moment I arrived, the service provided by the duty manager, Ms Nice, ensure that my check-in process was smooth and seamless, and throughout my stay, they were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Every detail was attended to with care, making my stay really enjoyable. The concierge staff were approachable and helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions, directions and arranging transportation. The shuttle service to Nana BTS station, which runs every 30 minutes, made it convenient to move around. You could opt for a 5-7mins walk to the station too.

Still my favorite hotel in Bangkok. Staff at reception, Ploy provided me the room I requested. She remembered me and was so nice. Thank you! View from the room was amazing. Very clean room and comfy. Housekeeping staff was so kind and smiling. Will go back again when in BKK.

The staff was very helpful. Especially the concierge team Mr Ray & Nut. Ray was very friendly, always carried a smile to welcome everyone. And he was very efficient to response to my request which was very satisfactory. Thank you very much Ray.

Novotel Hotel has the most noble staffs .. Tav, play was extremely courteous, gave me an early check in . I missed my Glasses in the Cab from Airport and the Staff members helped me in locating the Driver and finding my lost glasses . Extremely Happy 😊
